Where It All Began
Australian Dental Graduates was founded in 2014 with a vision to create a community that supports new dentists as they transition from university into private practice. Since then, we’ve proudly mentored over 600 final year students through our Final Year Students education program - guiding them as they grow their confidence, refine their skills, and find their rhythm in real-world dentistry.
Through the Graduate of the Year Award, we’ve recognised and celebrated emerging talent across Australia, providing not only recognition but also ongoing mentorship and development.

Behind Australian Dental Graduates is the team from Avenue Dental - one of Australia’s most awarded dental groups. Over the years, we’ve welcomed and trained more than 50 new or recent graduates into our practices, helping them become confident clinicians, compassionate team members, and inspiring leaders.
This unique blend of hands-on experience, structured learning, and personal mentorship has positioned Australian Dental Graduates as one of the leading mentoring and development programs for new dentists in Australia.

Tricks of the trade presented by experienced clinicians – The Avenue Dental Graduate of the year program is a blessing in disguise. To put it simply, the program provides noteworthy mentoring and exceptional clinical guidance which bolsters confidence as a new graduate.
