Australian Dental Graduates was founded in 2014 and we have been running the Australian Dental Graduate Of The Year Award for the last 5 years.  During this time we have mentored 37 first year dental graduates through our Australian Dental Graduates First Year Residency program.  Simultaneously we have also hired 10 new or recent graduates at our Avenue Dental practices and have mentored and grown them into fantastic clinicians and leaders. 

We feel this makes Australian Dental Graduates one of the leading mentoring and training groups of new dental graduates in Australia.
