The Australian Dental Graduate Of The Year Award is available to all final year dental students at all Australian Dental Schools.
The dental graduate who wins the Australian Dental Graduate Of The Year Award will receive $1000, with 5 Runner Up Finalists winning $500.00 each!
All other finalists in the Australian Dental Graduate Of The Year Award will receive an invitation to the Australian Dental Graduates Mini Residency.
Dr Stephen Dudgeon and Dr Eli Burger from Avenue Dental started the Australian Dental Graduate Of The Year Award in 2014 as a way of supporting and recognising the next generation of dental graduates.
Due to the amazing quality of dental graduates and because we wanted to give back more to the next generation of dentists, we also initiated the Australian Dental Graduates Mini Residency. This program aims to educate new dental graduates in the foundation skills required to be an exceptional general dentist. The training program consists of five free one day lectures and hands on workshops at our training facility in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast and is by invitation only to the top dental graduates each year.
In 2014, Avenue Dental ran both the Australian Dental Graduate Of The Year Award and the Australian Dental Graduates Mini Residency as a pilot program with new graduates from the University of Queensland.
This pilot program was so successful we wanted to expand these programs to include all Australian Dental Schools in 2015. Now in its 7th successful year we believe the Australian Dental Graduate Of The Year Award is the peak award for graduating dentists in Australia, recognising the top young dental talent in Australia.

Step two
Complete and email us the free disc and values analysis on this website.
DISC PERSONALITY TEST
This should only take about 10 minutes.
Because we are not able to interview everyone in person, we have found personality profiling of this sort gives us the easiest online way to try to understand the kind of person you are in a very general sense.
This information will not be shared with anyone else.
This information will not be taken into account when selecting the winner of the award. There is no pass or fail, wrong or right answer to the DISC analysis. It purely helps us understand you in the absence of a face-to-face interview.

Applications open on the 1st of August 2022, closing the 31st of August (the last day you can submit your application).
The winner will be announced on the 1st of October.
